“Night Hawk is just the top of the pops!!! It’s equal first for me in Singapore. If you’re after the best drinks go early, sit at the bar and chat to your bartender. If you’re after the vibe go later in the night and chill… Our bartender Anna had the best banter AND the best flavour/style/technique descriptions to inform our recommendations. Anna would ask us a question and then work from there… We tried Disgust, Loneliness, Gamma-ray Holiday, Stubborness, Kick Artist Fix and Lust cocktails. Ordinarily we have one cocktail, and only a second cocktail if the first is gooood. This is one of the rare times everything was so on point we had a third cocktail!!! Disgust was so ME haha, start the night with a cheeseburger tart and all the savoury notes your heart desires! Gamma-ray Holiday totally nailed it. Fruity but not sweet, like a bouquet of flavour, complex and nuanced. You need tastebuds for this drink. My last one was Kick Artist Fix which was delicious but edged out by GF’s cocktail Lust which I wanted all of!!! *extra star to ever named Gamma-ray Holiday! The world’s most perfectly named cocktail. Thank you! TLDR: I loved it so much I bought the T-shirt!”

“Oh Night Hawk, what a vibe you are! I wish I could pack you up and bring you back home. We spend two nights here, on our 3 day stay in Singapore and had a blast. Both experiences were completely different and unique and I can't wait to be back here one day. The first night we came around 9pm and were lucky to get the last two seats directly at the bar. After that multiple people had to shortly wait outside to be seated and the place had a very cool vibe and lots of energy. We ordered two Classics at first. A Gamma Ray holiday and a Kick Artist Fix. My wife lover the Gamma Ray, and it was very refreshing and had a great balance. She dreams about this drink still. Love at first sight, you might say. I had the Kick Artist and it came with an integrated garnish of maple mouse pancake. So fun and what and enhancement of the drink, that was very well balanced. After that I tried Rage, which was a well made spin on a whiskey sour but for me the beetroot flavor was a bit too much. But that's just personal taste and not the drinks fault. The drink was definitely more on the lighter side. The next night the Night Hawk was actually very empty. Which lead to a completely different experience that was just as fantastic, as you can still feel so welcomed and homey there. We came to talk with the Bartender a lot who was a fantastic guy, told us a lot about the drinks, and life in Singapore. His colleagues were equally nice in a great mood and the playlist a banger. The drinks for the night were The connection, a old fashioned style drink, made for a regular guest of the Night Hawk. And after that I had my favorite drink of the two days which was the Slippery Transistor. A very smooth experience of a peanut butter fat washed scotch with a little bit of a sandwich coming with it. Honestly fantastic for whisky lovers. My wife tried the Lust - a clarified drink with a lot of flavor and smooth play on ingredients. Overall the Night Hawk is a must visit not just for the drinks, but also the vibe and people running it.”

“One of those bars where the cocktail menu genuinely surprises. Inventive drinks without being gimmicky, a beautiful space, and staff who are warm and clearly know their craft. The menu has real innovation to it — enough to bring you back. Two small notes: the music can be a touch loud, and Fridays get busy. Neither is a dealbreaker. Confident recommendation.”
